Provide the ability to customise Contract Approval for each recruitment process

just like you can do with Incomplete application & reminder messages

If you do this - you might as well look at Job Approval as well

    Ok - I can see how this works now for initial message

    I would be interested in Reminder and especially that the approval has been completed that is sent to the person who initiates the contract/offer card
