redesign the Development plan page to increase ease of use

The development plan section is confusingly set out - the complete tab shows all learning activities that have been completed at some stage without giving further clues as to whether the activity is current or not. The due date shown refers to the ORIGINAL due date when the activity was first set, not when the activity will once again be due after it was redone which is kind of pointless as this date could be years ago if the activity is set to reoccur on a yearly etc basis. A thorough redesign allowing an 'overdue' and a 'valid' until status, and the addition of filters and sort functions would help alleviate the lack of user-friendly design here.

Also, if we could have the learning activities in alphabetical order with the latest on top, that would immediately improve the ease of use - even if our users have to click through several pages, there is information in a logical fashion.

I am having the same frustration with how this page displays information, it is extremely confusing for our users. For activities that require annual refreshers it shows all the times they've completed it, but really it only needs to display the most recent otherwise it's just confusing as it shows the expired flag against previous completions even though they've done their refresher. Also the due date is really confusing as it shows the due date which makes it look like they haven't completed it even if they have, so you've got to actually drop down the details to see the actual expiry date. This page should clearly show when something is due to expire or expired and not including previous year's completions.
