We have made improvements to the learning Development Plan to ensure the most important and relevant information is presented to employees regarding their learning activities.
Updates to the "In Progress" tab:
Section reordering: We are reordering the sections of this tab to ensure activities requiring action are at the top of the list and easiest to find. The new order will be (1) Waitlist (2) Time slot selection required (3) In progress (4) Booked (5) Suggested
Updates to the "Completed" tab:
We are updating the information displayed for completed activities to show relevant and important information only.
Removal of the "due date" column: Once an activity is completed, this is not relevant.
Removal of the orange activity counter: This will remain for the "In Progress" tab, but is not required for completed activities.
Addition of a "completed date" column: This will display the "actual completion date" of activities
Ordering update: Completed activities will be ordered by the most recently completed activity at the top of the list. This is particularly useful for learning that requires renewal - these activities can display multiple times on a plan, so we are surfacing the most recent activities to the top.
We are also making styling changes to the badges that display on the learning plan (e.g. "mandatory" badge, "overdue" badge).

Also, if we could have the learning activities in alphabetical order with the latest on top, that would immediately improve the ease of use - even if our users have to click through several pages, there is information in a logical fashion.
I am having the same frustration with how this page displays information, it is extremely confusing for our users. For activities that require annual refreshers it shows all the times they've completed it, but really it only needs to display the most recent otherwise it's just confusing as it shows the expired flag against previous completions even though they've done their refresher. Also the due date is really confusing as it shows the due date which makes it look like they haven't completed it even if they have, so you've got to actually drop down the details to see the actual expiry date. This page should clearly show when something is due to expire or expired and not including previous year's completions.
