Configurable fields and labels on the Interview Scheduler screen

When booking an interview using the interview scheduler (integrated with the company calendar), it currently only has a text box to input all interview information. The includes the address (which for our company - is building name, level, ward, street address, suburb), you then need to enter in any additional information in this same section (although you are not prompted to do so (as the text box only has the heading Location). You also need to ensure that you put commas after each line, so that the formatting flows across in a presentable format.

It would be helpful to have some of the following functionality:

  1. change the title of this field to Location and Addition Information

  2. create an additional text box, called additional information, where we could enter information like where to park, contact phone number of interviewers, etc.

  3. It would be even better if the preview of the draft showed the inputted data as it will show on the invitation to the candidate and have the ability to edit it if incorrect or if the formatting isn't correct AND then allowed us to edit the email prior to sending. Incorrect formatting represents our brand in a poor light and this functionality would help greatly with this.

Many thanks for your consideration.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Providing candidates with more details about their interview when using the Interview Scheduler, while also making it easy for hiring managers to understand what information they should be inputting.
