When booking an interview using the interview scheduler (integrated with the company calendar), it currently defaults the Conference Link to a Teams or Google Meet. The proposed change is to default it to None, as many companies would either do face to face, or utilize Zoom or any other meeting platforms.

With the Covid pandemic behind us, most interviews are now being held face to face. I would welcome the default to be None or to have it customisable so each client can select what suits their business requirements best.
