Customise the view of the merge document screen

Have the option to order the folders in a particular way and choose iwhich folders are expanded or collapsed by default on loading this window.

Preference to start with would be to collapse all folders as phase one as shown in image attached.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Enable an easier, more efficient way to get to the documents needed for merging.

Currently, when merge document is loaded, all the folders are expanded, meaning there is a long list of documents that the team has to scroll through to find the one they want.
