The ability to expand the size of text boxes throughout multiple areas of the system was released to our users last month as part of our 'quality of life' enhancements. You can read more on our release page here: https://knowledgeportal.pageuppeople.com/release-notes-january-2021/
We were able to make these updates across a wide range of text boxes, including those in application forms and on the job, offer and position description cards. Some static text boxes do remain but we hope the changes to date have made it easier to view large blocks of text, particularly on our high traffic pages such as creating/editing jobs, PDs and offers.
oh yes please - PageUp window size is always a point of interest
This is a problem when creating position descriptions as well. This limitation increases the risk of errors when you cannot view the entire field at the same time. The functionality exists on the applicant side, why does it not exist on the user side?
