Merge all applicant documents into one easy to view document. This would include merging the application into an easy to read document. The application itself is unpleasant to read and review. We don't use scoring, so it is making it unsightly for our hiring managers to review. Instead of having to click on the persons name, then scroll down to look at the app, then scroll down or click another link to view supporting documents, just merge them all into one and have an icon to click and open it. It would make it easier to print as well.

FYI - This doesn't already exist, not in the sense and ease that I'm talking about.
The bulk compile and send is tedious. Just having the one doc with all combined forms in the document column, without having to download it would be nice!
I don���t have this. There is no where on my screen that this shows. It
would be nice to just have a link where documents are (on the list view)
that compiles then all, with the exception of any videos that they might
upload.

Hi, this sounds like the already existing functionality of bulk compile and send. Are there any parts of bulk compile that do not meet the requirements you are looking for?
