Pin activities to stay on the top list of the Learning Library

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
In some occasions, I need to keep a course or more at the top of the list of learning activities, where this course is always good to start with example a demo or a user guide. Having the option to PIN Activity to top of the list can be very handy

    The ability to pin an activity to the top of the learning library would also be useful for us it we are wanting to promote a particular activity or an activity that aligns with a significant event such as activities related to International Womens Day.

    The idea is in line with a potential future direction of the product. While not on the current roadmap, this idea will be taken into account as we look to develop similar areas of the system.

    I would recommend a superuser have that functionality.
