Allowing the selection of multiple employment types on the job card can broaden the scope of applicants for the job and linking this through to the sourcing channels prevents mistakes or the necessity for the user to recall what selections were made on the job card.

Allow multiple selection of employment types (Full time, Part time, casual, etc.) on the job card and then link those selections with the sourcing channels so the appropriate employment type/s are selected. |
