Automatically archive the succession plans owned by a user when they leave the organisation.

Prevent system generated emails from being sent during implemenation

Requesting the option to turn off emails to the hiring manager when creating or updating a position descriptions prior to going live in the system. There should be an option to turn off email notifications during implementation.

Allow bulk deletions of positions in a role

allow positions to be mass selected and then deleted if desired - currently cancelling a position from the job card is a manual process done one at a time
