HM Shortlist Needs to Trigger Forms

If an additional form is assigned to a status, it should trigger from the shortlist view, just like it would from any other place in the system.

Progress Board User settings saved

For users who prefer the list view, once they select this view, their setting is saved in the same way Card Settings and columns on Jobs & Applicants lists are saved, until they choose Board view again.

Add Hiring Manager to Recruiter Dashboard View

We would like to add Hiring Manager name to the recruiter dashboard view so that Recruiters can easily identify reqs with similar job titles but belonging to different hiring managers

Report on Approval Process

It would be helpful to be able to run a report on approval processes, just like recruitment process, so we can do a quick control F to see if we missed updating someone.

Ability to view/access an audit history for performance plans (e.g. view who changed or archived a plan)

It would be great to see an audit history display with details of the change, user details stamp, and change date.

Guidance text for ALL status move confirmation screens

This is available for the Offer status, and would be useful for other statuses, such as Reference Check, to confirm important information with the Hiring Manager, before the action is triggered by the status
