What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
I was surprised to know that PageUp doesn't have the functionality to electronically sign contracts. My company has just moved to the online system and it would be a great to have candidates use the mouse to sign the actual contract, instead of ticking a box. I envisage it would be similar to signing for a parcel or delivery except completed with the mouse.

Yes, underwriters need written offer letters as well as accepted information when candidates are moving and/or in the process of securing financing. Having the final offer letter include the accepted date and signature is necessary.
