    Add "Preferred Name" as a Search Criteria in Applicant Search

    Include "Preferred Name" as a search criterium in Applicant Search, like the way in search criterium of "Manage: Users". Many names are very commonly used and it would help if we can search by preferred name, it would give us a more accurate result.
