Update Audit log to include all changes to application forms using filter Form

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Audit log does not track who imported a page. This makes it extremely difficult to see who is editing application form. We had to request support check logs to see when the page was imported but even that could not say who did the import. we had to look at who was doing any edits to any form on the day the import was done to try and see who we needed to discuss it with |
