Interview outcome wording flexibility

The ability to change the wording on an interview guide from pass/fail to successful/unsuccessful. Fail is quite a harsh term and unsuccessful is a little softer while still communicating the outcome of the interview.

Quick Search Permissions

It would be good for a super user to be able to search both job trackers and people and lower levels of permisson only able to search for their job trackers. This way, not everyone with quick search active can access all applicants/applications.
