Ability to Edit New Starter Form Without Redoing the Offer Card

Notification to manager when a performance review requires take ownership

Require 'Job application withdrawal setting' to be enabled in order for selected settings to take effect or remove the enable button so it is clear that this setting is always on

Provide the ability to customise Contract Approval for each recruitment process just like you can do with Incomplete application & reminder messages If you do this - you might as well look at Job Approval as well

Make all fields available on Offer Card

Allow all fields (e.g. sTALargeOther, sOther11+, etc.) to be availble for selection on the Offer Card. This would optomize the configuration options and allow for unexpected changes from a clients Job Card to align to the Offer Card.
