Adding a Legal Hold designation to applicant record

I would like to have a feature that will allow recruiters to mark candidates under a legal hold order that will prevent their record from being deleted until the legal hold order has been removed.

Overdue emails should be sent even for reassignment courses that have a due date

Any time a learning activity has a due date, the communications should trigger to be sent - coming due, due, overdue emails - regardless of how the learning activity was assigned.

allow to assign "Confidential" category for notes

Allow confidential and non confidential notes in the system. When confidential category is attached, only those with access to confidential documents should have access to it.

Option to add fields from the application to the card and list view

Adding a category or other needed categories/fields from the application to the list or card view will help better with recruitment instead of being limited to the canned fields/categories.
