Option to add fields from the application to the card and list view

Adding a category or other needed categories/fields from the application to the list or card view will help better with recruitment instead of being limited to the canned fields/categories.

    The category or fields we would like to add would come from the application, such as employee ID, highest level of education, or any field on the application that could be turned into an al a carte option for adding to the card/list view.
