Make the preferred name visible on the application, especially when the applications are downloaded via bulk and compile feature.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
Currently, our hiring managers are not seeing their applicants' preferred names, and this had caused some akward sitation with our applicants. Our applicants complete their applicant profile and enter their preferred names, thinking that this information is passed onto the hiring manager. The most awkward situation occurred when a hiring manager is communicating with a candidate who was transitioning. The canddidate entered their official name but defined the name the candidate goes by in the preferred name field. This field needs to be added to the application form so we can address our candidates in a proper and professional way - they way they ask us to address them. |
