Allow confidential and non confidential notes in the system. When confidential category is attached, only those with access to confidential documents should have access to it.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
Recruiters are using notes area to document some confidential information related to screening and selecting process. Notes area is also being used by other individuals involved in recruitment. It is a helpful tool for people on the same recruitment to check and view related information. But it is challenging where confidential information cannot be documented in this area as there is no confidential tag to block access to these specific notes. Additionally, if you attach a document to confidential notes, it will automatically be accepted as a confidential document. |

We recognize the importance of maintaining confidentiality within our ATS. While we are committed to modernizing our systems, including the introduction of Convo to enhance information access, your idea based on Notes does not align with our current product priorities.
However, we acknowledge the need for improvement in this area and will continue to explore ways to address it. We will revisit this idea when we receive similar ideas from customers in the future.
