Ability to restrict access to specific individuals

When using the restrict access function in a learning activity, expand the restrictions to include the ability to select individual people rather than just by department, role, etc.

Right now, favorite tasks are used by departments to customize the onboarding experience. It can be time consuming to add favorite tasks/plans to each individual hire. It would be nice to batch add favorite tasks for all new hires at once.
