FEATURED Ability to select more than one option in the job filters
It would be good to be able to select more than one option when using the filter criteria in the Manage Jobs tab.

Phonetic Name Spelling - Automated

PU candidates could also spell their names phonetically. I feel bad calling people when I have no idea how to pronounce their name. I believe Facebook has this technology, it could be something similar.

Update New Starter Form without having to redo the Online Offer

Allow the ability to edit the Offer card to switch the New Starter Form to the correct one. Save Changes Then allow the changed New Starter Form to be visible to the applicant

Notifications to search committee members upon application withdrawal

Allow the withdrawal action to alert the recruiter, the search committee and the other relevant people on the job card. There appears to be a way to send notices upon this application status, but it doesn't actually work.
