Bulk delete documents
Update the replace document page to show the title of the document you are updating
Allow teams to be managed at a folder level and not only an individual document level
Once you edit or replace a document, have the system take you to the folder you were working on, not back out to the start
When replacing files, allow drag and drop to upload (able to do this in bulk upload)
Allow replacement of the document on the edit screen
Add functionality to reorder the documents
Have the date that appears on the manage documents screen update if you replace a document. It is currently the date the file was added, and does not update if you replace the file. A last updated time may also come in handy
Allow teams to be assigned as part of the bulk upload of documents

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
Whilst managing documents it not a regular task that needs to be completed, when changes are required it is very tedious and time consuming. The experience could be improved significantly to reduce the manual effort of users when updating. |
