Enable search committee members to view documents directly on the search committee review page. The drawer functionality that is currently on the Applicant Progress Board could be great here!

Sort Step Templates - Onboarding

It is difficult to find some step templates or to annually review them because they appear in such a random order. Alpha sort would be helpful.

Label email "read receipts" as 'Communication, or have option to turn them off

Applicant email 'read receipts' should be labeled as 'Communication' and not a 'Note.' OR organizations should have the ability to toggle off 'read receipts' when they send emails out to applicants.

Copy/Transfer Forms to New Application

Ability to Bulk Close jobs

In situations where a customer may have a large amount of roles cancelled by the business, it would be super handy to have the ability to bulk close those roles and choose a reason & comments that goes across all of them.

Make the functions separate so you can remove access to one but not the other.

Have the ability for the applicant to chose when applying to multiple positions using a single profile to copy that application to a new job they are applying for.

Ability to batch add departmental onboarding tasks

Right now, favorite tasks are used by departments to customize the onboarding experience. It can be time consuming to add favorite tasks/plans to each individual hire. It would be nice to batch add favorite tasks for all new hires at once.
