Agree. The list of onboarding steps when selecting "New from template" are hard to find since they are not sorted alphabetically. It would also help if the field had keyword search and if there was a way to identify the onboarding workflow(s) the step was part of. At the CSU we have 23 different campuses, plus the Chancellor's office, all of which have their own onboarding workflows and steps that could have the similar/same names.
try the bodge of putting a number at beginning e.g. "1."
