Application status auto update through portal accept allow to auto update that job status

Create settings under recruitment process to achieve above functionality (offer accepted through portal by candidate not only application status but Job status also) and user has flexibility to design settings for update status or not.

Resend Reference Checks with No Communication

If we had the ability to resend the invitation, but say "no" to actually sending the communication, then we can control them and upload the letter on their behalf.

The question label field is so small and isn't able to be expanded. It would be great if the field was larger or able to be resized for ease of use. Similarly, the Responses area is so squished that you can only see two at a time and have to scrol...

Grant other users permission to reopen reference checks

Create a new permission that controls the "Re-open" link on the "Manage references" pop-up. This would allow us to give specific permission groups access to reopen reference checks.
