Create settings under recruitment process to achieve above functionality (offer accepted through portal by candidate not only application status but Job status also) and user has flexibility to design settings for update status or not.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
If recruitment process sent offer sent to applicant to accept offer through portal, if candidate select offer accepted, application status does update to offer accept this time but that Job status does not update. It would be time, report, consistency and accuracy benefits to have that Job status also update in a same time. |
