If we had the ability to resend the invitation, but say "no" to actually sending the communication, then we can control them and upload the letter on their behalf.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
Since we must set an expiration date on reference checks, if the reference writer reaches out right after the expiration date, we want the ability to add their reference letter. It seems we can only do that by re-sending the invitation, but we don't want to bother the reference writer if they have already sent us an email with the letter. |
