Adding a Legal Hold designation to applicant record

I would like to have a feature that will allow recruiters to mark candidates under a legal hold order that will prevent their record from being deleted until the legal hold order has been removed.

Merge fields should have added some common ones like today's date, apply signature etc similar as send any professional email, letter sent.

To have ability to send email as professional letter per job type like internal or external applicant and/or internal users.

Display Employee Name in Audit log tracking

Have the employee's name be included in the item column on audit tracking log. This would allow for better searching capabilities that are more efficient and effective.

Bulk uploader access per platform

We would like our Learning Instructors and Learning Administrators to be able to bulk load attendance or assignment of learning items. We do NOT want them to be superusers as they should not have access to district wide Performance reviews.
