Bulk download of completed performance review

Ability to bulk download all completed performance reviews. It would be useful to be able to do this from the performance centre. Even being able to click on the performance review from there and view.

Employee search filter to exclude x

The ability to exclude x is useful when bulk launching reviews to various departments. Some departments have different launch dates. This will benefit everyone that is targeting a specific group.
