I disagree with the status of "Shipped" as this enhancement request is not satisfied with the "View Report" button on the performance center - and is not available in current permission configurations as part of the Performance administrator functionality. The request is for bulk downloading the performance reports. While we appreciate the assistance in losing two clicks, adding another bulk action in the drop-down of choices would be preferred.
We have recently completed an enhancement related to this idea. Although we do not support the bulk download of performance review reports, we have made a change to the Performance Reviews page so that you can 'view report' from the action drop down directly on this page. This removes the need to open the employee card first to access the report, saving on the number of clicks needed to access.
We do not have an immediate plans to support a bulk download function but believe this enhancement will speed up your ability to access and download performance review reports from one central place.
