Data and permission segregation where we can have multiple learning admins that can only view and edit learning course scores that they have created and owner of. Currently once you have learning admin access you can access all learning course results which is not ideal as if you have multiple departments creating learning courses for the organisation eg IT, Frontline Ops, HR. They can all access each others materials and results.
This type of data and permission segregation should apply to Performance Module also as different depts might be in charge of their own performance and dont want other depts to see due to sensitivity. Once again the admin rights once you grant can see the whole organisation
