Ability to Report on Documents Tab on Job Card

This would allow us to report on this field to keep consistency for the Recruiters and Hiring Managers for the types of documents that can be attached in this location.

For auditing purposes to provide for example the Position Description to all Requisitions.

Please note: someone in the community has advised this report is currently in 'Legacy Reporting' which we have now been advised by Support which report this is and have raised a case to have the 'Document Audit Report' added to Enhanced Reporting for anyone looking for this Report in Legacy.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

This is great as it allows you to drill down to documents for specific teams/other filters

Thank you for taking the time to share your idea.

Enhanced Reporting includes an Explore titled "Job: Documents," which allows users to generate reports on the documents associated with a job card.

After creating the report, you can configure it to appear directly on the job card for easy access and visibility.

If you need assistance, feel free to reach out to a member of the Customer Success management team.

We encourage you to continue sharing your thoughts and ideas with us. Your feedback is crucial as we strive to improve and grow.

Thanks so much Mark, even though I asked this question last week of Support Live they could not point me in the right direction, however, thanks to your comment I have followed up with Support and have provided me with the correct report name that show what I needed. They are also raising a case to add this report into Enhanced Reporting. Thanks very much again for your information. I really do appreciate it. Annastasia
