The idea is to create an automated system that screens and evaluates uploaded resumes against a job description. The AI will analyze resumes using parameters like Technical Skills, Culture Fit, and an Overall Match Score.
Key functionalities:
Job Match Scoring: Generate a percentage score for each candidate to quantify their suitability based on:
Alignment with required technical and soft skills.
Compatibility with the company’s culture and values.
Overall fit for the role (considering experience, qualifications, and keywords in the job description).
Scoring Display: Include the scores on the "Manage Applicants" page for recruiters to review at a glance.
Shortlisting Automation:
Allow recruiters to set thresholds for automatic shortlisting based on the Overall Match %.
Provide explanations for the scoring to aid decision-making (e.g., specific mismatches in qualifications or skills).
Detailed Insights: Offer recruiters a dashboard that includes:
A breakdown of scores across criteria.
Key skills or qualifications contributing to or detracting from the candidate’s match percentage.
