What business value are you trying to achieve?

Automatically transfer over info re candidate source/channel when applying a candidate to another role. The information is already in the system so we should not need to enter again?

    Thank you for sharing your idea. Currently, when bulk-applying candidates to another job, the system prompts you to select the "application source" so you can choose whether to maintain their original source record or assign a new source e.g. "recruiter applies" the candidate.

    Conversely, the system prompts for the "job sourcing channel" to aide in determining the application form whether a completed application form or the "no application form".

    While we acknowledge the potential to enhance the user interface for greater efficiency, however this doesn't align with our current product priorities. We plan to revisit this suggestion in the future when it becomes a more prominent trend..
