Duel application for one campaign

Unfortunately, I don't have a solution but would be looking at how someone can reapply for the same campaign (choosing a new job title) without creating separate campaigns for each position.

This would be most beneficial for the applicant, to review or copy their current application and being able to edit the job title within the application and resubmit.

I would like to know what others currently do with casual applications.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

We have one campaign for all casual positions. This can include teachers, Canteen workers, Cleaners, Administration, grounds staff, Classroom Learning and Support. Currently once someone has applied for this campaign having chosen Classroom Learning and Support, they cannot reapply and choose another area eg Teacher. (many casual choose CLS while they are finalising their teaching degree). The system tells them they have already applied for this job.

Yes, That was suggested but it only updates the same application form. I have been advised that It doesn't resubmit or move them into the other job numbers we have set up in the rules. So how would we know when someone has updated their form?

have you thought about using an updatable application form? if you are not using rules to throw applicants to different jobs you can use "Update after submission" to allow the applicant to come back in and adjust answers. You can then use Search by Answers/Bulk Export to find the "Teachers"
