Character limit in Reviews

Set a 255 character limit in comments/measures in performance reviews. When a report is downloaded to Excel, anything in a column over 255 characters will not print and we are having to manually manipulate this data in excel to allow it to be printed.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

    After careful consideration, we have decided to put this idea as "not aligned", as this particular area is beyond the control of PageUp's applicant tracking system.

    The comments are unable to be printed out without manual manipulation after exporting out of PageUp. It helps to have a print out of comments at times when sitting with staff to go through goals and achievements. We have since found that printing as HTML is a better option over Excel.

    Based on previous customer feedback, we have increased the character limit in our performance review comments to its state at the moment and we've heard that limiting the characters stifles the responses.

    To help us further understand the problem you are trying to solve, can you please provide more information in terms of the business process your are driving and outcome that want to achieve.
