Add a Cc: line on the New Hire Orientation email

Is it possible to add a Cc: line on the Welcome and Forms email that has the candidate's Orientation information? We would like the Hiring Manager to also be copied on this email when we send it from PageUp.

Copy/Transfer Forms to New Application

When moving a candidate to a New Application it would be great to have the option to copy or transfer all forms (or selected forms) to the New Application, currently only the application form is copied/moved.

Ability to control who can edit PD

Owners of the PD should be the only ones who are allowed to edit the PD. Currently, the edit permission is all or nothing so all managers in a particular agency can edit any PD.
