Hide Internal Forms from some permission groups

We have been give several solutions like turning off permissions and hiding answers but these are either not possible or don't work. Ideally we would like the permissions to work, otherwise to be able to Hide Answers.

Reduce bias in application feed

Applications appear to be sent to panel alphabetical by first name. Applications that start with letters down the alphabet R-Z, etc. are inevitably last in the list and panel spends less time reviewing them because they are last by default of name...

Enhanced Reporting

Legacy reporting currently provides the option of having a report show up on the Job Card. When it runs from the job card, it runs based on the posting. Would like this same functionality for enhanced reporting.
