Can the closing date for "invite to apply" not show up on the general postings list? or be engineered better in conjunction with other sourcing channels. not sure about all the inner workings of the system. All i know is that hiring managers are calling me asking why there job is showing up with a closing date, when it is in fact still sourced.
I already fixed the the screen shot i sent, but there was a closing date there, even though the job was still open. the hiring manager called me and I had to reassure them that the job was still posted.

What is confusing to hiring managers is that the closing date shows up in the postings list. so they think their job has a closing date, when it does not. Hiring managers have called me freaking out, because the job is supposed to be opening until filled. they see that and think we made a mistake. |
