    When sharing a report with users, define what filters they should have access to and what ones are read only. This will also limit the duplication of the same report just to change the access for each user.

    Ability to view history of comunications associated with a JobCard (Not Applicants)

    When emails are sent to "Additional Users" associated with the JobCard or manually inputted we need to see the content and the history. The Job Card ... could include communication history much like the applicant card has.

    Separate Task Emails

    each task is currently grouped by due date and reminder date. This can be helpful to limit multiple emails but would be good to have the option to 'serarate' some task so that they stand out and are not lost in the detail of grouped notifications....

    Time out on recruitment process statuses that trigger additional forms

    The benefit is that recruitment decisions are delivered accurately to the applicant. Under recruitment process statuses, those status where additional forms are set, user should be able to set a time out for these forms to be completed by.

    Attendance report - ability to print or download

    In other LMS' you have the ability to print/download the attendance list prior to the session and then mark it off later. This would save time running a report and copying/pasting into a attendance sheet.

    Payscale / Salary Merge field - control over merge value load/presentation

    only store cent values if we load them in Payscales. have Offer card merge fields only bring in the whole dollar amounts we have loaded into Salary field
