When we post a job on the Agency sourcing channel out to x amount of agencies, all selected agency contacts will receive a communication with a summary of the job and are able to submit candidates via their portal.
However there isn't a way to send out a communication to all of these agency contacts once the sourcing channel has been closed. The agency contact can see the expiry date in their portal, however they need to log in to see this. This expiry date can also change if the recruiter changes the date.
It would be great if when closing this sourcing channel, a communication would go out to all agencies sourced, advising that we are no longer accepting applicants and the channel has ben closed. It would be even better if we could have this go to all agencies except the one which submitted this successful candidate/have some sort of checkbox step to select which agencies it would go to.
