It would be lovely to be able to easily retroactively add participants to a training, without having to go through backdoor uploads, so the training shows on their development plan when it actually happened. Right now, my workaround is to add a fake timeslot after the fact, add the person, mark them attended/mark it complete. This shows in their development plan, but not on the day/time it actually happened.
It would also be extremely helpful to be able to add trainings for people that are not tied to a specific event or timeslot. Often these are one-on-one trainings that occur on an as-needed basis. There are several training requirements that would be helpful to save to development plans without creating timeslots. Maybe add the option to indicate month/year of completion, rather than specific days/times? There are also training series which encompass one training requirement, and which have evolved over time. I would like to be able to broadly mark this requirement complete for the group who has done the trainings, regardless of which series they completed, so reports can be easily run.
