Recall updated application status lunch form to Applicant portal

Allow super user and/or admin to remove/delete forms that send to applicant portal by mistake.

Add "Preferred Name" as a Search Criteria in Applicant Search

Include "Preferred Name" as a search criterium in Applicant Search, like the way in search criterium of "Manage: Users". Many names are very commonly used and it would help if we can search by preferred name, it would give us a more accurate result.

Lock an applicants application form after they are moved to a status that is not Active

Job Source Closing date - make mandatory

Provide the option to enforce this as a system setting. Ideally with some logic to allow a date up to a max period after date opened.
