Adjust time of day Onboarding reminders are sent to mid morning so new employees are not woken up and are also more likely to be in front of their computers to action the reminder
Recommend sending 08:00- 10:00

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
Provide a more appropriate time of day for Onboarding reminders to be sent. currently being sent just after midnight. probably more appropriate to send them approx 0830 in the morning as people have email going to their phones and typically are not at their workstation potential to forget reminder |
When send any email communication by Job or application status user should or settings should allow to send per business day/time.
