Purge or auto-deletion of employee profile records

Data deletion rules can be applied to Applicant records, but not (ex)Employee records. No option to purge? Archive only. Significant data risk and not conformant to enterprise retention policies as a third party vendor can hold unnecessary data.

It would be really helpful to have an "unmerge" option in case two applicant accounts are merged by mistake. That way, we could easily revert back to the original applications without any complications.

Consistency if info copy and paste ideally when copying names of people in specific statues should be consistent, not using carriage returns between each person
