Hide employee cards from Talent Search

To add an option to hide groups of people in Talent Search. We have attempted private eye, private talent pools and more and the PageUp Technical Team and I have not been able to resolve this problem. It clutters our talent search.

Grant other users permission to reopen reference checks

Create a new permission that controls the "Re-open" link on the "Manage references" pop-up. This would allow us to give specific permission groups access to reopen reference checks.
