Add Days Open column to the Manage Jobs menu

Add the days open column to the manage jobs menu. This would allow users to quickly see the jobs that they haven't yet filled and prompt them for action. They currently run a report which can be cumbersome and is a separate process.

My Interviews

Sort by Created Date or Ticket ID

To allow sorting Support tickets by ID or created date. Last activity is not an efficient sorting
