On the Manage requisitions page provide (like on the Manage applications page) the ability to select Current page instead of just All or individual

What business value are you trying to achieve?
When moving jobs in bulk from one person to another it is quite tedious you can only move 100 at a time - and that is fine my problem - your only options are select all - that could be 1400 requisitions or have to manually select 1400 in 14 bunches of 100 manual ticks - extremely tedious |

well - looks like I cleared out some of the very early jobs and it allowed me to move the remainder in one hit
